Required Ingredients:

  • 10-15 aspirin pills
  • Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup of Epsom salt or sea salt
  • 4 litres of warm water
  • Plastic film
  • Cotton or wool socks

Instructions:

First, add the cup of Epsom salt into the warm water and then soak your feet in it for at least 30 minutes. In a small bowl place the aspirin tablets, and in it add the lemon juice. Mix everything nicely till you obtain a thick paste. Use this paste on your feet which have been previously soaked and dried with a towel. Make sure to apply the mixture on the places with rough skin and on the dried areas of your feet. Next, cover the paste with the plastic film that you have prepared beforehand (you will need 2 large pieces), and after that wear your socks on.

Leave it to stand for 4 – 6 hours and after that period of time remove the plastic film and rinse off the mixture with soapy water. Likewise, you can use a pumice stone to eliminate dead skin.
