Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so try to avoid these common mistakes.

You skip breakfast

This is a classic mistake people make because of lack of time or hoping that way they’ll lose weight. If you really don’t have time, prepare you to breakfast the previous night, or at least decide what will you have for breakfast beforehand.

You eat too much

Many studies say you should have a nice big breakfast and should be your biggest meal of the day, but that does not mean you should eat like you haven’t eaten for days. This especially needs attention if your breakfast contains unhealthy groceries.

You eat the same breakfast every day

Everyone knows the simplest solution is poured corn flakes and milk into the plate and dig in. This way you prevent your body to extract the healthy nutrients. If you don’t have time in the morning, plan your menu during your weekend and should be diverse for every day of the week.

At the end of the day, you drink a glass of water or fruit juice

If you drink liquids after you have your mail you decrease the body’s capability to process the food. Wait for at least 30 minutes before having a glass of water.

Eat while you go to work

Most people get up 15 to 30 minutes before they have to head off to work, so they’ll grab something from the local store and eat while they travel to work. This is a very unhealthy habit which has a negative effect on the stomach. There is a high probability you’ll get hungry again real fast which defeats the initial purpose.
