DIY Homemade Coconut Oil Foot Scrub:
There are different ways to use coconut oil. You can apply this available home ingredient directly on your skin. But, to make it more effective beauty experts blend it with other natural ingredients. In this case, I am using coarse salt and peppermint EO.
Coarse salt – 2 cups
Coconut oil – ½ cup
Peppermint essential oil – 10 drops
How To Prepare:
Take all listed ingredients in a container and mix thoroughly.
You can replace peppermint EO with your almond oil or any other essential oil.
Cleanse your foot with water and pat dry to remove impurities.
Now, gently scrub the obtained coconut oil paste on your foot for 10 minutes.
Leave it to dry for ten more minutes.
Rinse it off with water.
Note: High concentration of essential oil may irritate your skin. So, blend it with a carrier oil or coconut oil before applying it over the skin.
