Breakfast:

  • 1 full plate of cucumber salad
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

Snack:

  • 1 apple or peach or 5 plums

Lunch:

  • 1 slice wheat bread toast
  • 1 plate cucumber salad

Dinner:

  • 300gr. of fruit (any fruit you like)

Cucumber Salad Recipe

  • 400 gr cucumbers
  • 1 onion
  • 200ml of sour milk or yogurt
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:

Peel the cucumbers and cut them into small pieces. Add a pinch of salt and mix, then add the sour milk/yogurt and fold it in. Finally add the chopped onion and enjoy the refreshing salad.

Cucumber Shake Recipe

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • Handful of spinach
  • A piece of fresh ginger

Preparation:

Toss everything in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Pour it in a glass and drink up. Enjoy!
